Purpose of the website

The website provides information about Ivory Tails' grooming services and a way to get in touch. It does not provide instant online booking.

Information and pricing

We try to keep service descriptions and prices accurate, but everything on the site is subject to confirmation when an appointment is arranged. Prices shown as "from" are starting prices and may vary depending on your dog's breed, size, coat condition, temperament and the time the groom requires.

Submitting an enquiry through the contact form, WhatsApp, telephone or email does not create or confirm an appointment. Appointments are only confirmed directly by Maia.

We may update the website, prices and service descriptions from time to time without notice.

Intellectual property and photographs

The Ivory Tails name, logo, design, text and photographs on this site are owned by or licensed to Ivory Tails. You may not copy, reproduce or republish them without our permission.

Photographs of client dogs are used with the owner's permission. If you would prefer a photograph of your dog not to appear, please contact us and it will be removed.

Acceptable use

Please use the website lawfully. Do not attempt to disrupt or misuse the site, submit false or abusive enquiries, send spam through the contact form or interfere with other visitors' use of the site.

Third-party links

The site links to third-party services such as Instagram and WhatsApp. These services are not controlled by Ivory Tails and have their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the content, availability or policies of third-party sites.

Liability

The website information is provided "as is". We do not exclude or limit any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under UK consumer law. Subject to that, we are not responsible for indirect or unforeseeable loss arising from your use of the website itself.

Specific booking, cancellation, health and welfare policies for grooming appointments are agreed separately when a booking is arranged.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
